Three ways to run XenXDR, one pricing principle: you pay for the environment we protect, not for how verbose your logs are. Early-access pilots are scoped with you, not from a price list.

Providers license XenXDR to serve their own customers from one deployment. Pricing is per environment and per protected endpoint, with volume terms as you grow, and never a per-gigabyte line that eats your margin.
How we price
Per environment. Never per gigabyte.
- The unit is the protected environment: endpoints enrolled, organizations served, and the tier of service. Not events per second, not storage.
- Retention is a setting you choose, not a tier you buy.
- Early-access pilots are scoped with you. We would rather agree a fit than publish a number that does not match your environment.
- No surprise line items. If a connector or a model endpoint costs extra to run, we say so before you sign.

Questions we actually get.
Is there a free trial?
There is a pilot: a scoped deployment in your environment, or a hosted tenant, for a fixed period, with our engineers on the call. It is free of platform fees for design partners while we are in early access.
Do you charge for the AI?
Not for the feature. If you point XenXDR at a model on your own hardware, there is nothing to charge. If you ask us to host a model endpoint for your tenant, that is a line item we agree up front.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It stays yours: queryable and exportable, in a schema documented in the field dictionary. Self-hosted customers keep the server. Hosted customers receive an export and a confirmed deletion.
