Our commitment
FluenceSecurity wants xdr.fluencesecurity.com, including the documentation, to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever their abilities or the technology they use. This statement is published under the European Accessibility Act as implemented in Poland by the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring that certain products and services meet accessibility requirements, and follows the model of a WCAG conformance statement.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice this means, among other things:
- every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content;
- text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background, including on the dark canvas the site uses;
- headings, lists, tables and landmarks are marked up so that screen readers can navigate them;
- images that carry information have text alternatives; decorative illustrations, such as the console mock-ups, are hidden from assistive technology and described in a caption;
- animation respects the "reduce motion" setting of your operating system, and nothing flashes;
- the site works at 400 percent zoom and on a phone-sized screen without horizontal scrolling;
- forms label every field, announce errors and do not rely on colour alone.
Current conformance
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: some parts of the content do not fully conform, as listed below. This assessment was made by FluenceSecurity on 2026-09-20 using automated testing with axe-core, manual keyboard testing and screen reader checks with NVDA and VoiceOver on the pages that make up the site. No external audit has been performed yet.
Known issues
- The console illustrations are images of an interface, hidden from assistive technology; the information they carry is repeated in the surrounding text, but the illustrations themselves are not navigable.
- Some documentation tables are wide and require horizontal scrolling inside the table region on small screens.
- The self-typing terminal animation on the home page cannot be paused other than through the operating system's reduced-motion setting.
- The Polish translation of the documentation is not available; the documentation is English only.
We intend to address these items as the site evolves and will update this statement when we do.

Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the market surveillance authority for accessibility of services in Poland, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (Prezes UOKiK) or, for digital services within its remit, the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (Prezes UKE), under the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring accessibility.
Technical information
The site is built with Nuxt and Vue, rendered to static HTML and served over HTTPS. It relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SVG. Accessibility depends on these technologies being supported by your browser and assistive technology.
